We Are Family

Well it's the end of July and Mommy and I made it through all 3 of my family reunions this summer. Nope, you read the first sentence correctly.......I said THREE FAMILY REUNIONS. Sad part is there was supposed to be another one this summer as well, but the plans for it fell through. We only had to travel for one of them which was in Nashville, TN. I got sick while we were there, but tried to participate as much as I could. We did a bus tour of the city and had an All White affair where I got a chance to strut. The other two were right here in my hometown, so the rest of the family came to us. I had a blast meeting and getting to know some of my other cousins, and hope they enjoyed themselves as well. Check out a few of the pics that Mommy posted on facebook.

Farewell King of Pop :-(

Today the world lost a wonderful humanitarian and music icon known to all of us as the King of Pop. Michael Joseph Jackson born August 29, 1958, died today at the age of 50. Although he is no longer with us physically, his legacy will last forever. Click on the picture above to view some of your favorite Michael Jackson videos.

A Circus Comes To Town, But Not Like One You're Thinking

@ BJCC for Thomas & Friends Live
It's Thomas!!!! So, my mommy and daddy took Brad and I to see Thomas & Friends: A Circus Comes To Town in Birmingham today. We got to see all of the engines live and in person. We even got a chance to see Sir Topham Hatt. My cousin and I had a ball watching the show while daddy nodded a few times. Afterwards, we stopped by to see my grandparents before heading back to Auburn. We were soooo tired from such a long and awesome day, that Brad and I both fell asleep on the ride back home. This was the first live Thomas show I've ever seen, and certainly hope it's not the last.

Also check out this video that my mommy posted on facebook. She didn't enjoy this part of the show, but I loved it.

Family Fun Day 2009

Today was AU's Family Fun Day and despite the scattered showers, Mommy and I had a blast. I got to play tons of games and even won a couple of prizes. My biggest treat was getting to see my old pal Aubie again. We danced the Cupid Shuffle together, took pictures, and he even rubbed me on top of my head (I thought that was hillarious). I can't wait for Family Fun Day to come around again next year.

V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N

So last week, my mommy and daddy took me to Orlando for a week's vacation. I had sooooooo much fun. We stayed at a beautiful resort where I got to go swimming everyday!! In case you guys didn't already know.....I love the water. We also went to all four Disney parks. I got to meet some of my favorite characters up close and in person!! I know what you're thinking, but even though I'm only three, I wasn't scared at all. Well at least for most of them.

On our travels to and from Orlando, we also made a few stops in Jacksonville, FL, Ocala, FL, and Albany, GA to visit some of my relatives. We had quite a traveling adventure on both Saturdays as you can see.

Below are just a few pics and videos from my Disney Vacation. Oh yeah and FYI, my mommy and daddy also got engaged while we were there. What an amazing week we all had.

"Happy Easter, Everybody"........Done My Way!!

So today's Easter Sunday and I hope you guys had a blessed one. Today my cousin Brad and I had a joint Easter speech at church. All they gave me to say was "Happy Easter Everybody" but they know I can say more than that. So I had to prove that I'm ready for a big boy speech next year by adding a little Jaden flare to my Easter speech. Check out some of my pictures and my rendition of "Happy Easter, Everybody" below.

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, LET IT SNOW!!!

Guess what guys? Today it snowed in Auburn, AL. This is my first oportunity to expreience real snow. Yes I've seen a few flurries here and in Tennessee, but nothing heavy enough to actually stay long enough for me to play in it. I can't believe we got over 4 inches today. I had a ball building my first Snowman. I wished it snowed a little more often in Alabama, but I'm just glad that I finally got to enjoy today. Here's my Smilebox creation of my wonderful Snow Day!!

Feeding The Geese

It's only February 8th and it's rather warm outside today, so Jesse decided to take Mommy and me to Blount Cultural Park. The Park is home to both the Alabama Shakespeare Festival and the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts. It contains numerous lakes, walking trails, gardens, and pavilions for everyone to enjoy. While there, we also go the opportunity to feed some geese. This was my first time ever doing that, and I can't wait to go back there soon. Here are some pics and videos from our outing.

Merry Christmas To All & Happy New Year!!

As most of you have noticed, it's already past Christmas and 2009 has begun; however, my Mommy started this post about a week ago and is just now getting around to finishing it. Well I just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Safe & Happy New Year. I was truly blessed this holiday season to be around tons of loved ones this year. I even got a visit from my Grandma and oldest sister who came by the weekend after Christmas. A special thanks to the two of them for making the long trip just to come and see me. I love you all very much and can't wait to see the wonderful things in store for 2009!!

Happy Halloween!!

Since Halloween fell on a Friday this year, the city of Auburn decided to have Trick-Or-Treating downtown and throughout the city on Thursday night. I had a ball going around with DJ, Brad, and Alex. As you can see from my picture below, I was a member of Lightning McQueen's Pit Crew and made sure that everyone knew it. Thanks mom for getting me this outfit. I promise not to wear it everyday...........3 times a week tops!!

Another Close Loss

We may have lost to Arkansas today, but as you can see I'm still all smiles!! My Godbrother DJ and my Godmother Tessa joined Mommy and me at the game today. It was DJ's first Auburn game, so I had to show him the ropes. We ate cotton candy (hence the blue teeth), cheered for our Tigers, waved to Aubie, and even danced a bit. Though my Tigers may have lost another close one today, they'll always be winners to me. Go Tigers!! A record of 4-3 is still OK with me!!

Fall Festival

Today my mommy took me to the Fall Festival. I ate hot dogs, played games, and even got to pet a few animals. I was a natural when it came to the basketball shoot out station and won a few prizes there. My Granddad came by just in time to see my B-ball skillz in action, but I have to say my favorite part was seeing all the livestock. I tried talking to them by making some of the noises they make, and a few of them actually spoke back. Here are few pics of me at the Petting Zoo.

Go U Auburn Tigers Go!!

Jesse, Mommy, and I had a blast at the Auburn vs. Southern Miss game. We won 27-13 and are starting off the season at 2-0. I'm such a huge Auburn fan and am glad that the season is finally under way. My Tigers are hitting the road next week for our next victim, Mississippi State. Go Tigers!!

My ATL Take Over

This past weekend my Mommy & Jesse took Brad & I to ATL (Atlanta, GA for those who don't know) for our first official take over. We went to both Six Flags and the Georgia Aquarium. We had more fun than you could ever imagine on all of the rides at Six Flags and even took Thomas The Tank Engine for a spin. We also go to look at and touch various sea creature at the Georgia Aquarium. I spoke to Nemo, Dory, Mr Krabs, and Patrick Star in one day!! WOW!! Below are some of the pictures and videos from our ATL Take Over. I can't wait to see what city we take on next.

Happy 4th of July

Today I went to Bessemer, AL to spend the 4th with Jesse's family. I had plenty of delicious food to eat, and lots of hugs to give out (even though Karson wouldn't accept most of them). Mommy & Jesse also took me to Alabama Adventure for the first time. I must be honest, I was a little scared to get on most of the rides; however, once I did manage to get on, I had the best time. Both Mommy & Jesse took turns getting on some of the rides with me, but there were a few that I rode all by myself. The part of the day that I enjoyed the most was when I got to run through the water fountains. My Mommy had to beg me to come out because I loved playing in the water so much. If you guys had half as much fun as I did today, I know you each had a wonderful 4th!!
